Tiye Collective Consultant provides educational and transformational workshops/trainings from Anti-Oppression, Anti-Racism & Anti-Black Racism frameworks. These workshop & trainings are for individuals already doing this challenging work in diverse work environments, and this can be another opportunity for self-care and rejuvenation in collective affinity spaces. These workshops/trainings are also for individuals working in professional workspaces, coping with the heavy burden and challenge of “exclusionary  barriers," because of their Racial background & Racial Intersecting Identities.  In addition, these workshops & trainings are for individuals that are committed to their own ongoing learning of “True Allyship”, which is critical in supporting the centering of Equity & Inclusion actions in workspaces.

In a world of divisiveness, it is necessary for individuals who have been impacted and affected by anti-oppression &  anti-racism, to seek their own supports to be empowered in “collective communities,” so as to gain insights on how to protectively navigate work and social spaces.

Our focus on this approach is to highlight the  "hidden" gaps in knowledge of the historically disadvantaged, racial disparities and social injustices. Tiye Collective Consultant's primary goal is to participate in the strengthening of advocacy & activism language literacy and skills. It is our believe that inspiring allyship and centering "othered experiences & voices" is necessary for racial harm reduction & repair, for restorative and transformational healing
